Please allow 2-4 business days for us to work on the order as we have a high volume of orders. After that, you will receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number then the shipping method you had selected & timeframe will begin. It does not count during the “Processing Days”. Seeing it says “Pre Transit” or stuck for a while is totally normal and a part of the process. This happens to everyone, so please do not worry! Is there any delivery guarantees?
Yes. If 30 days have gone by with no updates from the provided tracking, please email us
with your order number. We will send out a replacement or a full refund of your purchase.
ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so, unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders.
